“I’ve been working on this series of plump, abstract, colourful figures for the past couple of years and i still don’t know exactly where they come from or where they’re headed. They’re human figures but they’re also a bit alien. That’s where the name of the collection came from, “Teenagers from Mars.”

Olimpia Zagnoli (Montecchio Emilia, 1984) is an illustrator and multidisciplinary artist. Her art has appeared internationally in a variety of printed formats, as well as in galleries and children’s books, in branding campaigns and subway stops. She lives in Milan in an apartment with a silver bathroom.
